Chicken Salad with Fruits and Nuts

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 4 pieces
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 2 tablespoons
  • Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
  • Natural Yogurt 2½ tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 4 teaspoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the chicken breasts with vegetable oil, lightly salt and pepper, and place them on the grill. Cook for a few minutes until done and golden brown. Cool and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and a couple of pinches of salt and pepper.

Step 3

Add the chicken, peeled and chopped apple, raisins, nuts, and halved grapes. Mix well and serve.
