Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Watermelon 10 oz
- Watermelon 10 oz
- Green Butter 5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Toasted Sesame 2 teaspoons
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the fillet with salt and pepper to taste, fry in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side, and slice into thin strips.
Step 2
Cut the watermelon and melon flesh into cubes, and tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces by hand.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing: mix the wine vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, ginger, pepper, and salt (to taste).
Step 4
Layer the salad leaves, chicken, watermelon, and melon pieces on a plate, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
