- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken fillet and fry it in olive oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and sauté it in the oil left from the chicken with garlic.
Step 3
Slice the eggplants, salt them, and fry.
