- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Raisins 1 tablespoon
- Candied fruits 1 tablespoon
- Dried Apricots 8 pieces
- Frozen black currant puree 2 tablespoons
- Korean-style Carrots 5 oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Red Wine Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Cinnamon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine honey with vinegar, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, and cloves, along with the currants. Bring to a boil and reduce. Then strain the sauce.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Mix the chicken with dried fruits, carrots, and celery rings, place on the salad greens, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle the salad with the sauce.
