- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces

- Banana Leaves 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill or barbecue. Brush the chicken with vegetable oil and lightly salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook for a few minutes until done and golden brown. Cool and cut into small pieces.
