Chicken Salad with Croutons
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the slices of white bread into cubes and toast them over low heat until they become croutons.
Step 2
Slice the champignon mushrooms, sauté them in vegetable oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cut the onion halves into half-rings, season with salt, and sauté until translucent.
Step 4
Dice the boiled eggs and peeled bell pepper into medium-sized cubes.
Step 5
Cut the hard cheese into cubes the same size as the eggs.
Step 6
Boil the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes. Combine all ingredients and mix with mayonnaise.
