Chicken Salad with Beans and Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Cilantro 2 bunches
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Dill 2 bunches
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- White Beans 2 cans
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breasts without skin and bones in salted water, as the salad is not salted.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill, cilantro, red onion, and 2 bell peppers (one yellow and one red).
Step 3
Add 2 cans of ready-made canned red kidney beans (drain the water from the cans).
Step 4
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
Step 5
Hand-cut the mozzarella cheese into small squares.
Step 6
Mix everything together and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Serve the salad in thick glasses, turning them upside down on a plate to form a tower, garnished with herbs, cherry tomatoes, and pepper.
