Chicken Salad with Avocado and Olives
Ingredients
- Avocado 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast fillet until fully cooked.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet until hot.
Step 3
Sauté the sliced chicken breast for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Rinse the salad, shake off the excess water, and chop it roughly or tear it by hand.
Step 5
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and drizzle the flesh with lemon juice. Slice it into pieces.
Step 6
In a bowl, gently toss the chicken breast, lettuce leaves, avocado, and olives together.
Step 7
Dress with soy sauce and lemon juice. Season with pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
