Chicken Salad 'Mtkhari' with Banana
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Beans 1 piece
- Iceberg Lettuce 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt 1 cup
- Roasted Peanuts 1 cup
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and quickly fry in vegetable oil, sprinkling with salt and curry. Let it cool slightly and mix with yogurt. Chill.

Slice the banana into half-moons about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Cut the pepper (preferably red or orange) into cubes with a side of 1.5 cm.
Step 4
Tear the lettuce into large pieces, measuring 3 cups of torn leaves.
Step 5
In a large salad bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt, sliced banana, pepper, lettuce, and roasted peanuts.
Step 6
Let the salad marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight, and serve.
