  • Dark red seaweed 5 oz
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Cucumbers 2 pieces
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dice the cucumbers.

Step 2

Next, dice the eggs.

Step 3

Chop the boiled chicken fillet into cubes.

Step 4

Chop the seaweed slightly.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Step 6

Mix everything with sour cream or mayonnaise and stir well.

Step 7

For the tartlets, grate the cheese on a medium grater and melt 2-3 teaspoons in the microwave (if the molds are larger, you will need a bit more cheese). Pour the hot melted cheese into the molds, let it cool slightly, and form the tartlets. Place in the refrigerator until completely cooled. If the molds are silicone, there is no need to line them. If they are metal (you can also use, for example, plastic ones from children's yogurts), it is better to line them with plastic wrap. Remove the tartlets from the molds and fill them with the salad.
