Chicken Liver Salad Under a Fur Coat
Ingredients
- Chicken Liver 20 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 4 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
Step 2
Fry the liver with pepper in vegetable oil.
Step 3
On a plate, layer the pickled cucumbers sliced into rounds, then add the boiled potato grated. Next, add half of the onion, chopped and sautéed with salt and pepper. Spread with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Then add a layer of fried liver, followed by the remaining onion and grated sautéed carrot. Cover with a layer of mayonnaise.
