Chicken Fillet Salad with Croutons and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Croutons 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut or tear the chicken into small strips. Place it at the bottom of a plate or a salad bowl with edges. Slightly press down.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes or strips. Pass half of the garlic through a press. Combine the tomatoes, garlic, and a little mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Layer this mixture on top of the chicken fillet. Drain the excess liquid from the tomatoes.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and dice them into small cubes. Pass the remaining half of the garlic through a press. Mix the peppers, garlic, and mayonnaise.
Step 5
Layer the pepper mixture on top of the tomatoes.
Step 6
Dice the cucumbers into small cubes and layer them next.
Step 7
Next, add a layer of croutons.
Step 8
Carefully spread mayonnaise over the layer of croutons.
Step 9
Grate the cheese finely and generously sprinkle it over the salad. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
