- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Morels 10 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste

Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Chop finely.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms and sauté them in butter.
Step 3
Finely chop the nuts and garlic. Mix all the ingredients, season with salt to taste. Dress with mayonnaise and stir.
