Ingredients
- Bacon 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 8 pieces
- Grapefruits ¼ piece
- Napa Cabbage 10 oz
- Avocado 1 piece
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the fillet, cool it down, cut it into small pieces, and fry it with bacon cut into small slices.
Step 2
Cut half of the avocado into medium pieces, quarter the pitted olives, and shred the Napa cabbage. Finely chop 2 segments of grapefruit.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, dress with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
