- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Allspice berries 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast with a bay leaf and a few peppercorns. Remove the cooked chicken from the broth, and set the broth aside.
Step 2
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Then, immerse them in cold water.
Step 3
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast, cucumbers, and prunes into thick strips.
Step 5
Dilute the mayonnaise with chicken broth and mix until smooth.
