- Onion 1 head
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Sliced Processed Cheese 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Layer the salad as follows: sautéed mushrooms with onions (sauté the champignons beforehand); finely chopped boiled chicken breast; chopped pineapple; cheese grated on a coarse grater; eggs grated on a coarse grater. Spread mayonnaise over each layer.
Step 2
Make the decoration - "calla lilies": peel and boil the carrots, which will serve as the flower's stamens.
Step 3
Fold the slices of cheese into envelopes and place a piece of carrot in the center. Use green onion stems to create the stems.
