Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Mango ½ piece
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Mandarin Puree 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Oranges ½ piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and fry until cooked in a small amount of sunflower oil in a skillet. Set aside.
Step 2
For the dressing, blend together the mango, orange juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of cayenne pepper until smooth.
Step 3
Place the rinsed and dried lettuce on a plate, add the sliced cherry tomatoes and radishes, and the peeled segments of mandarin. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Top with sliced chicken breast and drizzle with mango dressing.
