- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks ½ can
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Green Apples 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast, remove the skin and bones, and chop finely.
Step 2
Dice the apples into small cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the meat, apples, mushrooms, pineapples, and chopped herbs. Dress with mayonnaise, season with salt to taste, and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 4
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and garnish with herbs.
