  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Desiccated coconut 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast, separate the meat from the bones, and grind it using a meat grinder.

Step 2

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Sauté the fresh mushrooms; I used champignons, but you can use others as well.

Step 4

Any cheese will work; it needs to be grated.

Step 5

Add the mushrooms, cheese, and mayonnaise to the meat and mix. It should form a homogeneous mass.

Step 6

Then, roll the mixture into balls by hand, placing a piece of walnut in the center. Coat the balls in shredded coconut. Half of the balls can be made with prunes instead of walnuts, or you can use both prunes and walnuts together.

Step 7

The dish is ready; you can garnish it with herbs on top.
