- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Leek ½ stalk
- Potato 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tortillas 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
It's better to cook the vegetables and meat simultaneously in different pans so that all ingredients are at the same temperature.
Step 2
Slice the chicken into thin pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Grate the carrot.
Step 4
Slice the leek into thin rings.
Step 5
Fry the leek and carrot in oil. Add a little salt.
Step 6
Warm the tortilla on both sides in a dry pan until it becomes slightly crispy.
Step 7
Sauce: finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press. Add yogurt (for example, 'Activia Classic') and salt to taste.
Step 8
Place the chicken and fried vegetables on the tortilla. Top the vegetables with thin slices of fresh tomato. Drizzle the filling with the sauce.
Step 9
Fold the tortilla in half.
