Chicken and Radish Sandwich
Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread 8 slices
- Turnips 1 bunch
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
- Feta cheese to taste
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the radishes and cucumbers and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool, and slice it into thin pieces.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
Step 4
Slice the feta cheese very thinly.
Step 5
Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
Step 6
Place radish slices on 4 slices of bread.
Step 7
Layer feta cheese slices and cucumber slices on 2 slices of bread.
Step 8
Layer onion rings and chicken pieces on the other 2 slices of bread.
Step 9
Lightly salt and pepper.
Step 10
Make the sandwiches by pairing them up. Each sandwich should have radish on one side.
Step 11
Cut the sandwiches into triangles with a very sharp knife.
