Chicken and quail egg salad with dressing
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Quail Egg 4 pieces
- Marinated cherries 10 pieces
- Avocado 1 piece
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Dill 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the spinach leaves and arrange them at the bottom of the plate.

Add a pinch of salt.

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips.
