Ingredients
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Smoked Chicken 15 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it together with the mushrooms.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and eggs.
Step 4
Make the sauce by mixing mayonnaise with lemon juice and garlic.
Step 5
Start layering the salad, spreading a bit of the prepared sauce on each layer and pressing down slightly. The first layer is chicken. The second layer is mushrooms with onions. The third layer is eggs. The fourth layer is cheese. The fifth layer is tomatoes.
