Ingredients
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 5 oz
- Canned Peaches 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 8 pieces
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Basil 0 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 1 teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast into pieces.
Step 2
Take a bowl to prepare the marinade for the chicken. Add the orange bell pepper. Add the mustard, honey, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Mix the ingredients well.

Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 7 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, you can complete the following steps.

Wash and dry the salad greens and basil. Tear the salad into pieces by hand, and finely chop the basil leaves. Set aside a few leaves for garnish.

Dice the peaches and place them in a bowl with the salad greens.

Mix the basil with olive oil and dress the salad with it.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chicken breast over high heat for 4 minutes, stirring and flipping occasionally. Keep in mind that the marinade may burn a little, which is fine. Depending on the size of the chicken pieces, the cooking time may vary. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked and not raw in the middle.

Place the cooked chicken breast on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Arrange the salad greens with peaches on a plate, and top with the tomatoes and slices of chicken.
