  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Orange zest 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Seasoning to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Cut the chicken breast into two pieces. Take sheets for frying chicken and wrap the fillet in them. Heat the skillet. Fry the chicken fillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Let the meat cool.

Soak the dried apricots in hot water for 10–15 minutes until soft. Drain the water and dry the dried fruits. Cut the dried apricots into small pieces.

Peel the carrot and grate it on a fine grater. Peel the orange from the skin and white membranes. Cut it into small pieces. Grate the Gouda cheese on a fine grater. Chop the walnuts with a knife or in a blender. On a large plate, layer the chicken fillet, then make a lattice with mayonnaise.

Layer the grated carrot, a lattice of mayonnaise, then the dried apricots. After that, another lattice of mayonnaise.
