Chicken and Nut Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Peeled chestnuts 5 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Egg white 5 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, cool, and chop finely.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Break the walnuts into small pieces.
Step 4
Cut the hard cheese into very small cubes.
Step 5
Chop the egg into small cubes or grate it on a coarse grater.
Step 6
Chop the onion into cubes, sauté in vegetable oil until translucent, and cool.
Step 7
Mix all the salad ingredients, season with salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and stir.
