Chicken and Grape Salad
Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Poultry 5 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Celery stalk 15 oz
- Fresh Mint 3 stems
- Pistachios 15 pieces
- Chopped Green Onions 4 teaspoons
- Merlot Grapes 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 25 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Green Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook for about 2 hours. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Drizzle the chicken meat with lemon juice and let it sit for a while. Clean, wash, dry, and slice the celery stalks.
Step 3
Wash the grapes and remove the seeds. Chop the pistachios and 10 mint leaves. Mix the celery, grapes, and nuts with the mayonnaise and chicken.
Step 4
Let the mixture sit for 1 hour. Wash the lettuce leaves, place them in a salad bowl, and top with the chicken salad. Garnish with green onion.
