Chicken and Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- Eel 1 head
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Celery stalk 1 stalk
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Grapefruits 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt powder 4 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the dressing. For this, mix yogurt, mustard, and honey. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise to make thin fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the fillets in the skillet and fry for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Remove from the skillet and set aside. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
Step 4
Cut the grapes in half. Slice the cooled chicken breast into small pieces.
Step 5
Peel the orange with a knife, removing the skin and white pith from the segments. Cut the flesh out of the sections.
Step 6
Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces by hand and place them in a salad bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt to taste, add the dressing, and serve.
