  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz

  • Radish 0 oz
  • Paprika 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetables 0 oz
  • Chicken fillet 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the chicken and fennel salad, first, we make the sour cream dressing. To do this, mix the sour cream and grated Parmesan until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste, and set aside. The consistency should be very thick.

Step 2

Then, slice the radish and fresh fennel very thinly and leave them in ice water for a couple of minutes.

Step 3

Roast the paprika in a deep fryer or very hot oven. Then place it in a separate bowl with water and ice, carefully remove the skin. Cut into large strips. Remove everything and dry.

Step 4

Mix with green onion and vegetables. Add a couple of drops of olive oil. Salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 5

Spread the sour cream dressing over the salad and top with pieces of chicken fillet, sautéed in olive oil and garlic.
