Chicken and Emmental quesadilla

Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
  • Papadam flatbread 4 pieces
  • Emmental cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts in half and sauté them on both sides under a lid. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Let the chicken cool and then chop it finely. Place pieces of chicken on one half of the flatbread, generously sprinkle with cheese, and fold the flatbread in half. Arrange the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese melts.

Step 2

Cut the finished flatbreads into 3 pieces each.

Step 3

Serve with three types of sauces: sour cream with fresh dill, guacamole, and salsa.
