Chicken and Celery Salad

You can also add finely chopped green apple to this salad for a bit of tartness.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Onion ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 0.7 pieces
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until cooked. I boil it with Provencal herbs to make the chicken aromatic. Cool the fillet and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Clean the celery stalks from the strings and cut them into small cubes, then add to the chicken.
Step 3
Remove seeds from the pepper and tomatoes (otherwise they will release excess juice, and the salad will float in the dressing). Cut into cubes and add to the chicken. Also add finely chopped onion. If desired, the onion can be marinated beforehand to avoid overpowering the flavor. I slice the onion into rings and marinate it in a mixture of vinegar (2 tablespoons), boiling water (3 tablespoons), salt (a pinch), and sugar (0.5 teaspoons). Mix all the vegetables with the chicken.
Step 4
Dress the salad with yogurt mixed with mustard and salt. You can add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the dressing. Garnish with herbs.
