- Bacon 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Potato 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Sourdough Bread 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and fry in oil with spices.
Step 2
Cut the tomato, cucumber, and onion into rings.
Step 3
Slice the cheese into triangular pieces, calculating 2 triangles per sandwich.
Step 4
Warm the bread in a toaster and spread with sauce (mustard).
Step 5
Layer lettuce leaves on the toast, followed by vegetables, chicken, and cheese.
Step 6
Fry the bacon slices and add them to the sandwich just before serving. Cover with a second slice of toast.
