Chicken and Bacon Salad
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Pork Skewers 5 oz
- White Beans 1 can
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chinese green beans 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Gherkins 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the two chicken breasts into thin strips and fry them in vegetable oil. Let cool.
Step 2
Cut the pork bacon (or ham) into strips.
Step 3
Dice one medium cucumber and 2 pickled gherkins.
Step 4
Drain the water from the can of beans.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped parsley.
Step 6
Dress with mayonnaise and natural yogurt.
