Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Hamburger Bun 3 pieces
- Bacon 3 slices
- Eel 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut it into 3 medium-sized pieces and marinate for about 20 minutes in spices. Rinse the lettuce leaves and tomatoes, and slice the tomatoes into round slices. Cut the buns in half and toast them on both sides on a grill (or grill pan).
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the mustard, sour cream (or plain yogurt), squeeze in the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
Step 3
Fry the bacon on both sides in a dry skillet, then fry the chicken in the same skillet, adding a little oil, for about 2 minutes on each side. To prevent the bacon from burning, you can place it on top of the chicken while frying (it will absorb the bacon's aroma). The chicken should remain juicy inside.
Step 4
Spread sauce on each half of the bun. On the bottom half, place the lettuce, then the chicken and bacon. On the top half, add lettuce and tomato slices. Carefully join both halves together and secure with a skewer for stability.
