- Cherry 25 fl oz
- Raspberry Puree 5 oz
- Triple sec liqueur 5 fl oz
- Oranges 5 oz
- Apple 5 oz
- Lemon 5 oz
- Cinnamon 6 pieces
- Clove 9 pieces
- Star anise 9 pieces
- Sugar 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the fruits with the skin on into half-moons.
Step 2
Pour the beer into a saucepan, add the liqueur, raspberry puree, fruits, and spices. Add honey or sugar.
Step 3
Heat over medium heat until the first bubbles appear.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and let it steep for 30 minutes.
