Cheeseburger with Grilled Veal Patty

Ingredients

  • Onion to taste
  • Tomatoes to taste
  • Iceberg Lettuce to taste
  • Pickles to taste
  • Cheese Spread 0 oz
  • Veal Mince 5 oz
  • Ketchup 2 teaspoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic ½ head
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Sesame bun 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the garlic using any method (knife or press).

Step 2

Season the fresh mince with salt and pepper, and add the chopped garlic.

Step 3

Form a wide and thin patty (the meat will rise on the grill).

Step 4

Without greasing the grill pan with oil, place the patty and cook for about 7 minutes on each side (it's best to flip it only once). If you cover the grill with a lid, the meat will be juicier.

Step 5

While the meat is cooking: cut the bun in half (it’s better to leave the top half slightly larger than the bottom so the burger doesn’t fall apart). Spread ketchup and mustard evenly on each side.

Step 6

On the bottom half of the bun, place lettuce leaves, then onion rings, the cooked patty, cheese, tomato slices, and cucumber slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Step 7

You can warm it in the microwave for a few seconds.
