Cheese Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Shrimp 10 oz
  • Mango 1 piece
  • Canned Corn 1 can
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Chop the garlic thoroughly. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the garlic and eggs to it. Mix everything carefully but thoroughly.

Step 2

Add the previously boiled shrimp (3/4 of the total amount) to the cheese mixture.

Step 3

Peel the avocado and slice it very thinly. Do the same with the red mango. Add the fruits to the salad. Then add canned corn to taste.

Step 4

Dress the resulting salad preferably with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise in a ratio of 2 to 1.

Step 5

Garnish the salad with herbs and the remaining shrimp on top — the dish is ready.
