Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Spiced Tomato Juice 1 teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard ¼ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs hard in boiling water. Cool under cold water and peel. Chop finely and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the eggs. Mix well.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, then gradually add the tomato juice and mustard while whisking. Season with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped dill and pour the sauce into the salad. Mix well and serve.
