Cheese Layered Salad with Apples

The sweeter and juicier the apples, the better. You can use up to 5 apples. If the onion is regular, not red, the salad will be spicier, but blanching the onion is not suitable for this salad.
Ingredients
- Russian Cheese 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Apple 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 1 jar
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate sweet apples, slice the red onion into rings, then grate about 300 g of fatty cheese, and boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
Layer in a glass salad bowl: eggs, then cheese, next onion, and finally apples. Use regular domestic mayonnaise, like 'Provence'. Coat the last layer with mayonnaise again. Generously sprinkle with raisins on top.
Step 3
Repeat this two times, pouring mayonnaise over the last layer, and sprinkle with raisins, and optionally, with seedless grapes. Garnish with a sprig of greenery.
Step 4
Then the salad should sit in the refrigerator. Carefully transfer the salad from the bowl to plates without disturbing the layers.
