- Cheshire Cheese 20 oz
- Persimmon 20 oz
- Cooked Ham 20 oz
- Chicory 20 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Buckwheat Groats 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese and ham into cubes about one centimeter on each side, and slice the persimmon into thin slices. Separate the chicory into individual leaves or chop it into strips.
Step 2
Whisk the mustard with honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth, then gradually add the olive oil drop by drop while whisking, until you achieve a thick sauce.
Step 3
Mix the sauce with Greek yogurt, season with salt and pepper, and add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Combine all the salad ingredients with the sauce and serve.
