Ingredients

  • 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese 5 oz
  • Grapefruits 0 oz
  • Orange zest 0 oz
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Canned White Asparagus 0 oz
  • Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Ground clove a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Grate half of the cheese on a coarse grater, form a flat ball, and place it on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Let the baked cheese cool slightly and transfer it to an inverted bowl to cool completely.

Step 5

Cut the remaining cheese into 1 cm cubes.

Step 6

Cut the artichoke into 4 pieces.

Step 7

Slice the orange and grapefruit into segments.

Step 8

Arrange all the salad ingredients in the basket made of baked cheese.
