Ingredients
- Conference Pear ½ pieces
- Sorrel 10 pieces
- Dark rum 0 fl oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 0 fl oz
- Sweet Pepper ½ pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly mash the pear and sorrel in a shaker using a muddler.
Step 2
Pour in the rum and sugar syrup, add ice, and shake well.
Step 3
Strain into a glass and garnish with a slice of red bell pepper.
