- Pineapple 5 oz
- Apple 5 oz
- Radish 5 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt powder 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the celery roots into cubes and blanch for 5 minutes. Slice the celery stalks into thin rings.
Step 2
Peel the apples and pineapple, then cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 3
Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
Step 4
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad with the creamy sauce. To make the sauce, mix the cream with the yogurt in a 1:1 ratio. Season with salt and pepper.
