Ingredients
- Celery salt 10 oz
- Pickled Apples 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the raw celery root, peel it, and grate it on a medium grater.
Step 2
Wash the apples and grate them on a medium or large grater.
Step 3
Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and salt to taste.
Step 4
Combine the celery and apples, pour the mayonnaise mixture over them, and mix well.
Step 5
Let the prepared salad chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
