Ingredients
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Celery salt 20 oz
- Green Apples ½ piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the celery root, cut it into quarters, and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into thin strips.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley.
Step 3
Add the celery and apple to the sauce, season with salt and pepper, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
