Celery and lightly salted salmon salad.
Ingredients
- Celery stalk 20 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Narshehab sauce 0 fl oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the celery into small cubes, and do the same with the salmon.
Step 2
Mix sunflower oil with narsharab sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, coarsely chopped dill, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Mix the sauce with the celery and salmon.
Step 4
Slice the boiled potatoes thinly and sauté them in butter. Place the potatoes on plates and top with a salad of celery and salmon.
