Description

If adding eggs, use a maximum of 2 hard-boiled eggs for these proportions. It can be made without dressing, or alternatively — instead of mayonnaise, add Caesar dressing, but without anchovies and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Celery salt 5 stalks
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
  • Canned Truffles 1 can
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked with your favorite spices.

Step 2

Cut the celery, mushrooms, and chicken into cubes and rings.

Step 3

Chop the walnuts into small pieces. BUT NOT TO DUST!

Step 4

Add mayonnaise and spices to taste.

Step 5

Let it sit for a while to allow all the flavors to meld.
