- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Curry to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into small florets, then rinse them well and place them in boiling salted water and cook for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, add about 30 grams of butter and flour. The flour should combine well with the butter. Then add the cream and grated hard cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted, we need to achieve a smooth mixture.
Step 3
Remove the cauliflower from the boiling water and add it to the sauce, gently mixing everything together.
Step 4
Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then place the cauliflower with sauce, sprinkle with breadcrumbs again, add pieces of the remaining butter, and add spices.
Step 5
The dish should be in the oven at a temperature of 355°F for about 30 minutes. The cauliflower with cheese sauce is ready.
