Frozen cauliflower can be used instead of fresh.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Cream 5 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower or steam the frozen one for 5–10 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 2
After cooling, break the cauliflower into florets and pat dry slightly.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to a salad bowl, drizzle with cream, add salt and herbs. You can garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley.
