Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Fat-free feta cheese 5 oz
- Brine cheese 5 oz
- Crushed Walnuts 5 oz
- Boiled-smoked beef 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Ham to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower head, break it into small florets, rinse each one thoroughly, and immerse them in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Drain in a colander.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing — 240 ml of kefir plus 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Step 4
In a salad bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower florets, finely chopped feta cheese or any type of brine cheese.
Step 5
Sprinkle with any crushed nuts.
Step 6
Pour the prepared kefir dressing over the salad.
Step 7
Add pieces of ham.
